Zendesk for project management

A few months ago, we started to test a web-based service called Zendesk. In this video, I’ll show you how Forge3 uses Zendesk to track projects and automatically send emails to clients with updates and reminders.

It’s been working really well for us, and we rely on it everyday to save time and keep us organized and responsive. Can’t argue with that!

    Jeff.
Thank you for this demo. I enjoy how you stay on top of emerging e-tools that streamline the business process that allows me to focus on BUSINESS!

    Question:
How is the reporting functionality in Zendesk? I am looking for a tool that could track and report on capacity and resource allocation.

Just curious…Please continue to help me forge ahead in my knowledge.

      Hey Scott,

Just like the rest of the system, Zendesk’s reporting engine is very flexible. You can generate real-time reports on just about anything. So, you should be able to create a report to show capacity and resource allocation.

You may want to try their free 30-day trial to see if it will work for you:

Or, give me a call. I’d be happy to discuss and demo.

      Forge ahead!
